২২	আরুয়া	ইউনিয়নে নতুন বাড়ী,দালান নির্মান ও পুনঃ নির্মান এবং বিপজ্জনক দালান নিয়ন্ত্রন।
২৩	আরুয়া	কূয়া,পানি তোলার কল,জলাধার,পুকুর এবং পানি সরবরাহের অন্যান্য উৎসের ব্যবস্থাপনা ও সংরক্ষণ।
২৪	আরুয়া	খাবার পানির উৎসের দূষণ রোধ এবং জনস্বাস্থ্যের জন্য ক্ষতিকর সন্দেহযুক্ত কূপ,পুকুর বা পানি সরবরাহের অন্যান্য স্থানের পানি ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ করা।
২৫	আরুয়া	খাবার পানির জন্য সংরক্ষিত কূপ,পুকুর বা পানি সরবরাহের অন্যান্য স্থানে বা নিকটবর্তী স্থানে গোসল কাপড় কাচাঁ বা পশু গোসর করানো নিষিদ্ধ বা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
২৬	আরুয়া	পুকুর বা পানি সরবরাহের অন্যান্য স্থানে বা নিকট বর্তী ন্থানে শন , পাট বা অন্যান্য ভিজানো নিষিদ্ধ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
২৭	আরুয়া	আবাসিক এলাকার মধ্যে চামড়া রং করা বা পাকা করা নিষিদ্ধ বা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
২৮	আরুয়া	আবাসিক এলাকার মাটি খনন করিয়া পাথর বা অন্যান্য বস্তু উত্তোলন নিষিদ্ধ বা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
২৯	আরুয়া	আবাসিক এলাকায় ইট,মাটির পাত্র বা অন্যান্য ভাটি নির্মান নিষিদ্ধ বা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
৩০	আরুয়া	অগ্নি,বন্যা,শিলাবৃষ্টিসহ ঝড়, ভূমিকম্প বা অন্যান্য প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগ মোতাবিলায় প্রয়োজনীয় তৎপরতা গ্রহন ও সরকারকে সার্বক্ষনিক সহায়তা প্রদান।
৩১	আরুয়া	বিধবা,এতিম,গরিব ও দুঃস্থ ব্যাক্তিদের তালিকা সংরক্ষন ও সাহায্য করা।
৩২	আরুয়া	সমবায় আন্দোলন ও গ্রামীণ শিল্পের উন্নয়ন উৎসাহ প্রদান।
৩৩	আরুয়া	বাড়তি খাদ্য উৎপাদনের ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন।
৩৪	আরুয়া	গবাদি পশুর খোয়ার নিয়ন্ত্রন ও রক্ষনাবেক্ষণের ব্যবস্থা করা।
